Specifications

The print margin specifications are as follows: 3mm minimum for the Top, 5mm for the bottom, and 3.4mm for the left and right. This printer is compatible with various paper types including plain paper, red Label Superior 80g/m, and Canon Oce Office Color Paper 80g/m. It also supports photo paper pro luster, Matte Photo Paper, High-resolution paper, photo paper plus Glossy II, and Envelopes.

If you’re looking for high paper input capacity, you’ll be pleased to know that the Rear Tray can hold up to 100 sheets of plain paper. Meanwhile, the Cassette can accommodate up to 250 sheets of plain paper, 50 sheets of ADF (including A4, A5, LTR), and ten sheets of LGL.

In accordance with its versatile nature, the machine accommodates various paper sizes and weights. For instance, the Rear Tray or genuine Canon papers can hold plain paper weighing between 64g/m to 105g/m, while the same tray can handle Canon paper with a maximum weight of up to 275g/m (Photo Paper Plus Glossy II). On the other hand, the Cassette has a paperweight range of 64g/m to 105g/m.

Supported scanner types for this device include flatbed (AdF and Platen) and CIS color scanners. The scan speed for color (simplex) is 16.9 ipm, while for color (duplex) it is 22.2 ipm, and the scan resolution is 1200×1200 dpi. Additionally, the maximum document size for platen is A4 and Letter (216x297mm), and for ADF it is A4, Letter, and Legal (216×256).

When it comes to copying, sFCOT (color) has a speed of 12 seconds, sESAT (color) is 12.7 ipm, ESAT and Simplex ADF (color) is 12.2 ipm, and ESAT and Simplex ADF (black) is 22.3 ipm.
